The Role
The Senior Paid Media Manager will lead, manage, and optimize the company's digital media campaigns across programmatic (+ CTV and DOOH), paid search (Google, Bing), and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat). This role requires a unique mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on top- and middle-funnel tactics that fuel brand awareness, consideration, and demand generation.
You will own campaign performance end-to-end—planning, execution, optimization, and reporting—while providing actionable insights to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), drive incremental orders, and expand brand reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management and Optimization
- Build, launch, and manage in-platform campaigns across programmatic, CTV, DOOH, paid search, and paid social channels.
- Lead and mentor the Paid Media Manager in executing and optimizing lower-funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social, and retargeting, ensuring performance targets are met and continuously improved.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve efficiency, maximize performance, and achieve KPIs such as brand awareness, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing to refine creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to develop and implement channel-level incentive strategies and promotional plans.
- Strategic Planning and Channel Optimization
- Develop and execute paid media strategies focused on driving upper- and mid-funnel performance, nurturing prospects through the customer journey.
- Allocate budgets effectively across channels based on performance data, audience insights, and business priorities.
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging platforms/tactics to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor campaign analytics and produce regular performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to refine attribution models and measure incremental impact.
- Present channel performance, trends, and optimization strategies to senior stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Affiliate, Organic Social, SEO, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives.
- Partner with media vendors, platforms, and agencies to maximize buying power and access to new betas.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, with emphasis on programmatic, CTV, DOOH, paid search, and paid social.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in both brand awareness and performance-focused campaigns.
- Deep understanding of top- and mid-funnel marketing tactics, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Advanced proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and leading DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Adobe, GA4, Datorama, or similar.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Benefits
- Potential 10% annual bonus based on KPIs.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligibility after 90 days of employment).
- 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year.
