Job Title: Digital Marketing Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Wakefield, MA, Onsite, M-F

Restriction: This opportunity is for candidates residing in or relocating to Wakefield, MA

Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 Annually + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

C-4 Analytics, LLC is a fast-growing, private, full-service digital marketing company that excels at helping automotive dealerships increase sales, increase market share, and lower cost per acquisition. They are committed to developing innovative solutions for every dealer in every market and to providing the highest levels of accountability and customer service.


The Role

You will work with sales and executive teams to identify leads and drive growth by establishing initial contact with prospects. You'll set appointments for sales colleagues to present C-4's unique solutions.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
  • Use existing data and find new leads.
  • Develop relationships with prospects.
  • Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • This role requires daily in-person attendance in Wakefield, MA.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 1+ years of sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation, or any combination of internship experience—preferred.
  • Proficiency in overcoming objections and high-volume cold calling.
  • Experience in selling digital marketing or related services is advantageous.
  • Strong ambition and aim for rapid achievement.
  • CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.
  • Call center sales experience is beneficial.
