Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

C-4 Analytics, LLC is a fast-growing, private, full-service digital marketing company that excels at helping automotive dealerships increase sales, increase market share, and lower cost per acquisition. They are committed to developing innovative solutions for every dealer in every market and to providing the highest levels of accountability and customer service.


The Role

C-4 Analytics, LLC is looking for a strategic, consultative seller to help dealerships and automotive groups drive real growth through advanced digital marketing services. They don’t sell boxes or bundles. They sell thinking, insights, and performance-driven strategies tailored to each client’s needs.


This role is based in their Wakefield, MA, headquarters, where you will have direct access to senior leadership and key resources needed to close business. Travel to client sites, conferences, or internal summits will be required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build relationships with dealership decision-makers (GMs, Dealer Principals, Marketing Directors).
  • Lead strategic discovery conversations that connect to a client’s business pain—not just ad spend.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and present custom marketing strategies.
  • Sell the full range of C-4 services and help clients understand how we optimize in-market performance, improve ROI, and grow share.
  • Close new business with a clear, confident point of view—and a system that is proven to generate results for clients.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B digital-first marketing agency services.
  • Experience selling to complex buyers with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to sell value, outcomes, and strategic thinking.
  • Comfort navigating CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and media strategy basics.
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but consultative service selling is non-negotiable.
