Compensation: $120,000 to $130,000 Annually + Bonus (up to $150,000 OTE) + Benefits

The Role
The Digital Marketing Performance Operations Manager leads the heartbeat of the client’s Performance Management department: a talented, client-facing team that brings the client’s white-glove service and company vision to life every day.
This role is all about building momentum, elevating people, and creating an environment where the team can do their best work. The Digital Marketing Performance Operations Manager coaches, supports, and empowers team members to deliver exceptional client experiences while continuing to grow in their own strengths. Everyone continues their learning and growth journey at the client, no matter how strong their resume.
