Compensation: $38,000 to $42,000 Annually + Bonus + Benefits

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.

The Mission (aka The Role)

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Organic Social Media Coordinator to join our content team. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling through social media, enjoys designing eye-catching graphics, and thrives on creating engaging content that drives brand awareness. Your role will be to plan, create, and publish organic social content that aligns with our clients’ brand voice and goals.


The candidate may be based in any of the following US states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI.


Mission Objectives (Essential Functions)

  • Develop social media calendars across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok, to ensure optimal post timing.
  • Write creative, on-brand copy that captures attention, encourages engagement, and aligns with campaign messaging.
  • Design simple, visually appealing graphics using Canva for posts, stories, and other organic social assets.
  • Publish and monitor content on all brand channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in tone and visuals.
  • Pull and analyze social performance reports using Sprout Social, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform strategy and creative direction.


Your Space Suit Specs (Requirements and Qualifications)

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating social graphics.
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).
  • A good eye for design, detail, and brand consistency.
  • Passion for social media trends, digital storytelling, and creative content.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in an autonomous, remote-first environment.
  • Curiosity and a drive to innovate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels.
