Compensation: $90,000 to $135,000 Annually + Benefits


Job Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing and digital marketing initiatives to drive the online sales of used and surplus oil and gas production equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Marketing and Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing and digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, email, and events, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including the website, blog, social media, and email.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Develop brand guidelines and oversee brand messaging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster professional growth and achieve team objectives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5–10 years) in marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
