The Role
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling the company's paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, programmatic, display, and retargeting platforms. This individual will play a critical role in driving new customer acquisition, increasing online sales, and improving campaign efficiency through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management and Optimization
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), programmatic display, and retargeting networks.
- Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously test and refine ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, UX, analytics, and product) to ensure a seamless customer journey and high conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Leverage data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party attribution tools to drive campaign optimization.
- Strategic Growth and Innovation
- Identify and implement new opportunities for audience expansion, automation, and AI-driven optimizations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Explore emerging digital media platforms and strategies to expand the company's paid media presence.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing and digital sales.
- Proven experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta, and programmatic/display advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party attribution tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, bid strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience working with large budgets and optimizing for cost efficiency and profitability.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, subscription services, or telecommunications industries is a plus.
