Location: Philippines, Remote, M-F, 8AM-5PM, Pacific Time

Restriction: This opportunity is for candidates residing in the Philippines

Compensation: $1,750 Monthly

The Client

The client is a fast-growing sales management firm committed to driving their agency clients' success on the Amazon platform. They collaborate with leading brands to create and execute strategies that help them thrive in today’s ever-evolving retail landscape.


The Role

The Amazon Operations Coordinator supports the Operations Leadership team by managing key software systems, maintaining accurate product and financial data, preparing recurring reports, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, learns new tools quickly, and communicates proactively.


Responsibilities

  • Execute routine administrative and operational tasks to support daily workflows.
  • Maintain accurate data in product information, fulfillment, and financial systems.
  • Populate and assemble recurring operational, financial, and inventory reports based on established templates.
  • Manage system access and user setup across core operational and collaboration platforms.
  • Monitor product listings, data accuracy, and status updates across major online retail and marketplace platforms.
  • Submit and track support cases to resolve listing, fulfillment, or billing discrepancies.
  • Participate in ongoing process updates by maintaining SOPs as workflows evolve.
  • Support short-term, well-scoped operational projects as assigned.
  • Communicate clearly and reliably to ensure timelines, task completion, and handoffs are well-coordinated.


Current Systems and Tools (training provided, tools may evolve)

  • Microsoft Admin, SharePoint, PowerShell, and PowerBI.
  • Order and Inventory Management Systems (ERP or similar).
  • Marketplace Administration Interfaces (e.g., large-scale eCommerce marketplace portals).
  • Communication and Project Management Tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Reporting/Dashboard Tools (internal and third-party).
