Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 Annually + Commission ($110,000 to $130,000 OTE)

We work with highly skilled marketing, digital marketing, and sales professionals and match them with our clients from diverse industries across the United States. Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The client is a fast-growing white-label SEO company that helps agencies and in-house teams deliver results at scale. They blend strategy, execution, and fulfillment with complete transparency and unbeatable turnaround times. Their clients do not just outsource SEO; they trust them as an extension of their business.


Now, they are ready to scale their US revenue engine, and they are looking for a proven player-coach to lead the charge.


The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will build a pipeline, close deals, mentor SDRs, and lead the client's US sales function from the front. You are expected to prove the model, set the pace, and establish the culture before you scale it.


If you are a top-performing manager with SEO sales experience, and you are ready to lead with action, not just slides, this is the role for you.


Responsibilities

  • Build and close your pipeline from Day One (target: $150K MRR potential within 90 days).
  • Coach and manage a team of 2 to 3 SDRs, helping them book 5 to 8 SQLs per week per rep.
  • Lead by example through live call coaching, outbound messaging reviews, and sales process refinement.
  • Develop and enforce a straightforward outbound workflow using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
  • Own the entire US sales pipeline, including forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing to shape GTM messaging, campaigns, and event-driven outreach.
  • Hire and onboard future account executives, sales engineers, and support staff as the company grows.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences and convert contacts into contracts.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement resources, including talk tracks, pricing sheets, and case studies.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in SEO sales (agency, white-label SEO, or SEO SaaS preferred).
  • A proven track record of building and closing mid-market SEO deals in the US market.
  • Hands-on experience managing SDRs or outbound sales teams.
  • Deep familiarity with outbound tools and platforms: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and more.
  • A mindset that favors execution over theory and progress over perfection.
  • Experience working remotely with discipline and visibility.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills with a high EQ and a feedback bias.
  • Prior experience at a white-label or fulfillment-focused SEO company is a plus.
