The Client
The client is a premier South Florida general contractor specializing in kitchen, bathroom, and full-home renovations. With nearly two decades of craftsmanship and customer trust, the company has built a strong reputation for excellence and design-driven remodeling. As they expand their presence in the Miami market, they’re seeking a talented, data-driven Paid Media, SEO, and Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality leads, increase online visibility, and enhance their digital reputation through effective review acquisition strategies.
The Role
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, and local lead generation. You’ll manage campaigns that fill the sales pipeline with qualified homeowners, optimize website performance for search visibility, and develop initiatives that encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews and strengthen the company’s online reputation.
This is a full-time, in-office position, working closely with ownership and internal teams to execute marketing strategies that directly fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media and Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) focused on generating high-intent homeowner leads.
- Develop conversion-focused landing pages and A/B test creative, copy, and CTAs to maximize lead volume and cost efficiency (CPL, CPA).
- Manage budgets, pacing, and performance reporting to ensure ROI goals are consistently achieved.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4, and campaign dashboards to measure results accurately.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and follow-up processes are aligned for conversion.
SEO and Website Optimization
- Execute on-page, technical, and local SEO strategies to increase rankings and organic leads.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) listings, ensuring NAP consistency and visibility in local search results.
- Conduct keyword research, content planning, and competitor analysis to identify new traffic opportunities.
- Collaborate with the web/design team to ensure pages are optimized for both SEO and conversions.
Reputation and Review Management
- Develop and implement a review acquisition strategy to increase positive customer reviews across Google, Yelp, Houzz, and other relevant platforms.
- Create post-project communication flows to request and monitor customer feedback.
- Respond professionally to online reviews and track sentiment trends to improve brand reputation.
- Analyze review data to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and marketing messaging.
Analytics and Reporting
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics (leads, conversions, CPL, ROAS, keyword rankings, review growth).
- Identify insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates in paid media, SEO, and reputation management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3–5+ years of experience in Google Ads, social media advertising, and SEO for a local service-based business (home services or remodeling experience a plus).
- Demonstrated success driving lead generation and improving conversion rates.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM systems.
- Proven ability to plan and execute review acquisition and reputation management initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time in-office and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in home improvement, contracting, or real estate marketing.
- Familiarity with local SEO tools (BrightLocal, Yext, or Whitespark).
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or WordPress for on-page adjustments.
- Experience with video ad campaigns and remarketing funnels.
- Fluent in Spanish (nice to have).
