The Client
The client is a well-funded, fast-growing supplement startup focused on premium, science-backed health and wellness products. They're on a mission to disrupt the supplement space with brand-forward marketing, exceptional customer experience, and inventive D2C engagement.
The Role
The client is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact campaigns across Amazon, e-commerce, affiliate/influencer, social media, and D2C channels.
As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you’ll be both strategic and hands-on—taking ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Your creative instincts, ability to innovate, and hunger for market share will be essential as you help the company scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Amazon, owned e-commerce, affiliate/influencer, social media, and D2C.
- Elevate the brand through compelling storytelling and creative campaigns uniquely tailored for the supplements market.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze user acquisition, retention, engagement, and ROI—adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative and Content: Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver visually engaging and brand-aligned content.
- Manage Agency Partnerships: Guide external vendors and agencies to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Report on KPIs and leverage insights to refine campaign tactics.
- Trendspotting and Innovation: Stay on top of digital, wellness, and influencer trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital, e-commerce, or integrated marketing.
- Experience in supplements, health and wellness, or CPG.
- Demonstrated success in Amazon marketing, D2C campaigns, and multi-channel growth strategies.
- Strong branding and creative sensibility, with ownership over brand narrative.
- Comfortable managing agency and partner relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills—able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication, project management, and leadership abilities.
- Resourceful, self-starting, and adept at working in a fast-paced startup environment.
